Doug at CameralandNYC is an amazing guy to work with.

Being the Bushnell Nitro FFP 2.5-10x44mm to tactical 4.7-21x56 w/ Japanese glass are on sale I decided to try my 1st FFP scope.
It's a mil/mil, has a reticle I like. Lifetime warranty, transferable with no questions asked.

The biggest deciding factor is I can see that the Engage I have blows most other scopes in its price range & above away. So if the Nitro is a step above I don't see how I can go wrong.
I'm a set & forget it shooter. I use holdover, off, and lower magnification to reach out. If I can see the target & strikes in the dirt I'm good.
Only way I would buy say a Weaver T36, March type high magnification is if shooting at fixed known distances, and from a mechanical rest.
Other reason is a top tier high magnification could do double duty as a planetary viewing system with my youngest children.
Great glass makes the moon look amazing on 10x to the 24x I've tried. So it's a "justification" I can tell The Wife. Lol.

Hey I hope this helps somebody find a great deal. Doug's open box specials are fantastic deals.

I noticed the Eyebox on the Nitro and Forge wasn't as comfortable and seemed to exhibit a more tunnel effect and narrower sight picture as compared to the Engage.

Buy an AIM SPORTS Alpha6s 4.5-27x50 to use as your base in deciding to return all future non JAPAN MADE scopes after comparing this one.

I did a side by side with the Bushnell Forge recently against the Alpha6 4.5-27x50 and wasn't impressed with the Forge (4x the price) one bit.
