Well yesterday I decided to try some of the old tricks I read before, here and on gta before but never got to it. First I filled it to just about 70-80 bar, bleed line, air dumps.Okay, fill again about 70-80 bar, put tank on floor pointing downwards, pulled the plug without bleeding the line(Benjamin Tank)and the air stayed.Went fired six pellets through it came back and did the next trick I read which was bang the butt of the rifle on the ground a couple times to try get the check valve to set right.Bang Bang ,bang bang bang for good measure.Filled it to 120 bar, bled the line and Voila! It bled normal. Put 12 more pellets through it and this time filled it with my compressor to 190 bar and let it sit overnight and this morning it’s still holding.
Haven’t shot this thing since 4th of July over such a simple fix(kicking myself). But I guess when you got other rifles with regulators and such, the older more simple can get neglected.
Gonna do some shooting with it today and see if it still has its mojo.
Sorry for the long story.
