Tuning Suggestions for tune to shoot EBR style targets with .22 fx m3

I'm attempting to shoot FX branded 25.4 monsters in a new m3. So far I've gone through 2 tins, speeds varying from 870-960 but it doesn't seem to like anything I'm trying. here is my best target shot at 100 rotating from bull to bull (not groups). it had a standard deviation under 3 but more importantly 3 shots were well out of the 7 ring.

Pat, tune and cull your groups @ less than 100 to start with my friend. Tuning for long distance is best started at 50+- and make smaller adjustments to achieve close to 1 hole and then try 100 and do the micro adjustments to your expectation.
