After a few diy attempts I bought a Discovery Scopecam adapter. If you have or want to use a smartphone as your camera, this setup is easy to use and not too expensive.
I can't remember who posted a video about a home crafted mount but they had used "felt" between the scope and adapter to absorb vibration.. I have no experience with ANY of this, but it did make sense as a way to reduce vibration..good luck.. i'll be into this in near future and would like to learn as much as I can..
I originally set it up for night vision only but now I set it up to have a video out for recording,
set up to work on both 1" scope tube such as the Nikko Game king on the Mrod and 30mm tube such as the UTG Compact 4-16x44 on the HW100, I have taken a lot of Rats and mice with these, and a couple pest birds. easy to operate, no programming or updates, just turn it on and operate as you would your scope normally except you look at the monitor with both eyes.
