Suggestions for a light weight sunshade for Sightron SIII 10-50x60 scope

Anyone have a solution for a light weight sunshade? I have the Sightron version but it is way over built and heavy. I'm looking to trim weight anyone have suggestions?

I just went to the Sightron Website and under accessories I found sun shades. The specs show length but not weights of various shades. The Slll series scopes are 31 oz in weight so it is a heavy scope. You might want to call Midway or Optics Planet and see if they sell OEM scope accessories for Sightron. However, most of my sunshades are about 3” long also, so I’m not sure you are going to trim too much weight even if you do find a shorter sun shade.

Sightron sunshade is 3" long and 5.7oz !

I've seen people with a honeycomb device. Could be another option. Anyone have any info?
