Sub 12 FT LB FX Impact Adjustment/Tuning

Here in the UK on a sub 12ft lb FX Impact X are the 3 external power adjusters (below) locked off (anti-tamper)?

1. turning the small grub screw to the side of the adjuster wheel to reduce or increase the hammer spring pre-load
2. valve control knob - fine tuning the valve flow and air efficiency
3. external reg adjuster - adjusting the regulator pressure

What caliber are you working with? .177 or .22?

I've been considering tuning a gun for sub-12 fpe to be back yard friendly.

The valve parts are missing from the UK spec gun, so even if you adjust the reg and hammer you can't get the airflow to go over 12FPE.

Get an FAC then you can own what you like legally!

Thanks you Spray1Mark but I don't have, need or want a slot for an FAC air rifle on my licence!!!

Having just bought the .177 Impact I'd like to be able to adjust it so that I'm getting the best balance for power and efficiency whilst still keeping it under 12fpe as it's currently running too hot.
