Stretching out the .25 Avenger

This is the 3rd time out for my .25 Avenger. I have shot to 35 yards on paper and up to 50 on steel. 

I set up at 50 yards. 

Slugs on top pellets on the bottom.

Reg, @ 2600 psi

The 25.4 JSB's have been doing best, but my horizontal stringing today said no.

Bejamin 27.8 gr. for today.

no misses



So I set up at 75 yards.

Held on bull and shot 8 times.

Held on 2nd mil dot. Shot 5 times.

Adjusted scope 2 clicks to the right.

Held 3 md, shot 3 times

When picking up I carried a 5" steel knock down out to 95 yards.

I held on the 5th mil dot and squeezed off 2 shots.

Budwig, if you get a chance try the jsb 33.9 mk ll. The 25.4 are very accurate but @100+ yds the big boys shine. Nice shooting .

Important to be " plumb " at long range

It's coming right off. Concept good, old eyes not see that close. haha

Alone, no road traffic, no noise, a breeze coming down the draw and others trash

I leave none and take some.

5" steel " 83 "

rabbit " 75 "

ground squirrel 70 "

pig @ 65 yards

chicken ,ram, turkey @ 60
