StrelokPro twist rate for smooth twist barrels

What twist rate are you guys inputting for FX Smooth Twist design.

Think i read somewhere 1:16 was the twist rate so that's what i'm using.

Twist rate is important at long range shooting with firearms (500+ yards)
For airguning is not important at all...
