Im new to this program

How do i find all the pellet information needed to enter into the projectile part

specifically the JSB .30 50.4 grain pellet

Strelok actually has that pellet in it's pellet database. Add a new projectile and click this button to search the DB..

Make sure the drag function is set to GA afterwards

I did all the research and got right to the end, and they realized that it was already preloaded! I saw very slight differences in what I found in a couple fields, but I figured this would work. (For example, I measured the length of a pellet, and it was shorter than the database value.)

Thanks for mentioning that piece of info too. I didn’t notice that GA setting. I haven’t been able to use it since downloading the app last week, but my pellets should be arriving tomorrow from the PA sale, so I can start shooting again.

I've messed with Strelok Pro for awhile and think I have done everything correct pertaining to the data I've entered for my airguns. I just wish some one would do a tutorial on YouTube specifically for airguns from start to finish.

In MTNs post, right below Ballistic Coefficient, you see that button that says Drag Function G1? Click that and you can change it.

Its the drag function that you would need to apply to that pellet (middle button in the first screenshot).

MV is the speed of the projectile as it exits the muzzle. Do you have a chronograph? If not, you're not going to benefit much from Strelok - MV is one of the most important user-configurable variables. You'd need to do a lot of guess work otherwise, and need to test a projectile with a known BC profile a some targets at specific ranges, calculate projectile drops from POIs, fun stuff.

Target size doesn't really matter much. Just use the default 12"(?) or whatever you need to use to see it on the reticle dialog.
