Strelok Pro and windflow meter

So I got a windflow windmeter to use with Strelok Pro. I downloaded the windflow app. How do I get Strelok to recognise the meter and get the values?

AZ on another thread said he had to plug it in and out couple times to get it to recognize it for iPhone anyways

I think I may have a dud meter or something. I checked the compatible models, it list the older version of my phone as compatible. When I plug in the meter I see the "headphones" icon. I'm using Android 4.42 operating system. Neither the app or Strelok is interfacing with the meter.

That is the way it works on my iPhone as well, nevertheless, I needed to enable: "Allow Strelok to use mic and camera" (iphone settings)...

Open Strelok and then plug in the interface, you should see the interface icon (2 curved blue and gray lines) next to where it says: "Wind speed, mph" ...If you do, then it is being recognized and if enabled (settings_phone) then it should work.

It's not recognising it in Strelok or the windflow app that I downloaded. I mentioned the fact that the headphones icon come on to show it's plugged in.

I tried the windflow meter last year and from what I gathered at the time, windflow meter doesn't work with Android phones

They work with Android phones. In fact, the older version of my phone is listed on their table as compatible Android phones.
