Looking for advice on the extended Rowe plenum ,dreamline slug barrel mod ,and general direction on any other enhancements for the Streamline .25 . Would rather give the streamline a go rather than buying a dreamline for now .

I just finished a friends StreamLine .25 not long ago.
He's not shooting Slugs but heavy pellets. It's set to shoot 880 or so FPS with no plenum.
That's what he wanted.
Be sure to check that the hammer is free in the carrier! I've seen them get jammed and not have the free flight they need.
Having been in his Streamline and my Dreamline? I'd say your better off just getting the Dreamline for slugs.
That Smooth Twist barrel being the main point. Not to mention parts.

Can someone advise how to remove the pellet probe/cocking lever assembly and the hammer from the Streamline action block?
The cocking lever pivot screw, rear pellet probe bushing, hammer spring plugs and spring are easy removal, but I can't see how to separate the hammer assembly from the pellet probe assembly.
Anyone?

Sometimes I think that I only post questions for others' amusement. ;-)
Thank-you, I discovered that by assuming that it couldn't be a problem and perhaps I wasn't seeing the trigger assembly's interference.
I replaced the plenum and reservoir rear O rings, having them exposed.
On reassembly, air was coming from the regulator (Huma) atmosphere vent port, so opened it up and replaced the rear O ring. The front seal is a "plastic" material for which I have ordered a replacement.
Is there a need for that "special material" or will a regular "O" ring suffice? It sealed with only the new "O" ring replaced.
