...I could just pull the adaptor off the Escape and see how that fits but I have that rifle nicely sorted and don't want to mess it up... 

...we are running a caliber sized moderator on it...GTG so far...

...the CZ's don't even work right now...

...today...waiting for 15mm adapter from DonnyFL...I just eyeballed it...it looks 1mm thinner than the Escape barrel to me...

...the t200 tank leaked so I put the s200 tank on it...the scuba fitting leaks too but I got air in it...

...still shoots like when I put it away...it never punched anything but paper before...it had some big Gamo target sights on it...

...indeed...things have been easier since I just gave up...

...I will be able to shoot more with a low powered .17 than a rip snorting .25 @ my location...

...the relatively high powered .25 projectiles make a lot more noise just flying though the air and smacking stuff than low powered .17's...

...what they give up in stopping power is matched by what they give up in destructive power @ the backstop or whatever else they hit by mistake...

..the sound the -600 FPS .17's make upon impact is still noticeable but much easier to overlook than the resounding smack/crack of the .25's @ 900+ FPS...

..the adapter arrived...this rifle is not too loud naked and it it is really quiet with a Shogun on it...see the shiny new tank...???...

...the Tanto is really not much louder on this gun...with this bore and power the point of diminishing returns is quickly realized...

...it seems to like those 8.4 grain JSB's...they are quiet enough to shoot more than once and then hide...

...there is still more noise than you might think/want but now it sounds more innocuous...…like a bb gun...ka-plink...

...the Escape/Shogun sounds like a suppressed .22...

...FWIW no sparrow has landed on the feeder since that shot I posted at the start of this thread...LoL...

...I do not think they have doped out where the threat is exactly but they don't trust the feeder...

...some were feeding under it and I nailed the mature female and they have not been back...

...saw the first Cardenal I have seen in months yesterday...he was nervous...he must have seen that sparrow...

...I can't set up a shot on the other feeder...

...what it does not like is the 15mm aluminum adapter...it is too long to allow the air tank to be removed for filling...LoL...

...I asked Donny Du to make a short steel one like he did for the Condor...

...I realize that might be the only person putting a silencer on one of these... 😬

...the CZ shroud/sight mount is even longer than the DonnyFL adapter but has a flattened bottom to accommodate tank removal...

...the "new" Back Yard Sparrow Gun has killed four sparrows and one rat so far...you can't see any pictures, can you...

...I thought the sparrows had wised up...maybe it was a different flock...

...a few weeks ago this gun was literally rusting in a safe...

...spent $150 for a new tank, $150 for the mod, $45 for the adapter, and put a flakey old Hawk I paid $140 for on it...

...bought it in 2002 and never even considered hunting anything with it before...had the CZ S 200 in .22 for that...
