Stop the presses!!!

I've decided to get a bullpup. I need to give them a fair chance. I was never interested in one until I shot a friend's Edgun. I've shot Crickets, Impact, Bullboss, Gladius, Vulcan, Kral Breaker, and a couple more bullpups in the past and was never a fan. But for some reason I like the Edgun, don't ask why, I just do. Therefore, I've decided to add one to the arsenal in the near future.

I thought I hated bullpups too, until I bought one and have loved it since. Short, well balanced and such. Let us know about the trigger when you get it. Bullpups typically have a linkage between the trigger and the rest of the trigger mechanism, and if not put together properly can get sloppy. I suspect the Edguns are not sloppy, but am curious.

Absolutely man. Pups are awesome sauce brother. Eddys are great.

I shoot lefty too. Single shot R3s are fine the R3M is a no go. I haven’t tried a R5M but looks like the mag is positioned rearward enough with the new design that it would be good.

With Crickets, I modify the sidelever so that it is comfortable to me. Of course, the Vulcans are good with a flush mag and forward cocking. I don’t know about the Wildcat as it looks like the mag may be an issue. Didn’t like the Impact I tried. The Taipans are really good pups and the sidelever is switchable.

But heck yeah man, get an EdGun. Great airguns there. I would love a Leyla in .25 for hunting. The R5M looks good too.

Good to know I'm not the only one! Always had trouble shooting well with both pb & ag bullpups from field positions (standing, kneeling, sitting) until getting an R5 Long. Scores were immediately on par with the best I'd done with traditional rifles, and quickly surpassed them. Don't know why... but the scores don't lie.
