Be sure to seat the pellets perfectly (all even all consistent) in the magazines. Use a home made seating tool like a short modified Golf tee.

I'm a little confused. Is that the Pro X in two different trim packages, or the Pro X and something else? Does the Pro X take 'stick' mags? I've been eyeing them, but haven't pulled the trigger, so to speak.

The ProX uses a 10 round rotary magazine and the Hunting 5 takes 5 round stick mags.

And the precise fun begins! Odoyle has a great tip for loading those stick magazines... here’s my tip, hold all the magazines together and spill out the pellets on top, they just want to go into the holes and then you just seat the pellets lol. Please forgive the fingers...working hands lol. That gun is going to be hard to put down!

I really like both these guns but drilling 10 pellets into the bullseye in a blink is gonna cost me a lot of lead

Try JSB 15.9gr and H&N FTT 14.66gr (5.54) and 14.3gr Crosman pointed in the 175 count tins and if you're lucky the cheap 14.3gr Crosman Premier Hollowpoints.
