Just got my first ever Range finder. My 12y/i son gave me a Cabela’s gift card for Christmas & I was forced to spend it. Nikon Aculon, entry level, but quality, and probably more than I will ever need.

Yes, you are stepping up your game. Your hit ratio is about to go up, knowing the range gives you confidence to take/make those hunting/pesting shots.

So true. Last weekend, I went to do some 50, 75 and 100 yard shooting on some family property. 20 minutes later while on the road, I realized that forgot my range finder and drove back home to get it.
