Starting to build my private range.

Started leveling the ground, next box it in, get some leveling sand, get the tractor and a lifting strap and put the reel in place. start cutting. the last picture the table will be 15 ft back in the wood line, that will give me a bout 180 yards.

What a beautiful range. Will you be building a berm or back stop at the end of the range? Many people rely on trees to stop projectiles but there is an old saying in the golfing world that also holds especially true here is that “trees are 90% air”. Perhaps you have plenty of open space behind those trees so I am sure you have thought this out well without my $.02

thank you for you 2 cents,lol. that bank is quite high,Even at 180yard i still have 50 foot of bank then the woods go back another 70 yards and then a steep cliff going up 75 feet.

will you be shooting from low ground towards high ground, or, high ground towards low ground?

I will be shooting on even ground for 100 yards then it starts to incline. I have another place to see how my zero is on down hill, 130yards. I have a mil dot scope.
