Great shooting, please keep up the good work. I got two myself this morning along with a house sparrow.

Yep that is the problem those starlings get educated very fast. This winter will be the first time I will going after some pest birds like starlings. I know there will be a lot more looking for easy food pickings at the local farms. Hope that will make them stay around for some good shooting. Bill

i have not seen a starling here since the snow melted. i don't have any hosps either. well, no males anyway. i'm not good at distinguishing the female hosps from native sparrows so i only shoot the males. good shooting! nasty things them yellow beaks.
