Starling head-splitter!!

I normally record at 120fps so when I put the clips onto the computer and saw the crosshair (60fps), I knew the slow-mo wasn't going to be that great. I'll make sure to set it back to 120 frames before I shoot again.

Still decent though. I hope to get out to a farm or two tomorrow. Going to be 25*F so it'll feel like a heatwave! The day I made this recording it was -1*F for a high temp.

Great head shot, shot. I love shooting at starlings outdoors but the bulk of my shooting is indoors with the cows. 100 plus last night with my Beeman R7, it was cold, cold, cold... and single loading is slow in the semi-darkness. Will be detuning my Urban to use as my indoor rig. With my Compatto I shot one starling at 70 yards (range finder measured) missed with first shot, allowed for wind, crumpled it. The cold is weakening my enthusiasm.
