Starling down!

It's brutally cold here in NE everything is froze up except my water dish which I keep heated for the bird and whatnot, most birds get a pass except starlings which are pretty spooky. I managed to get the shop window raised and take the shot with my hw100 shooting 10.34 jsb's

Nice! It’s not easy to get that window up. And the HW 100 is a nice rifle, so underrated.

Good shooting, opening the window without spooking them? That's a hard skill to master.

When I’m scouting out birds and trying to get the drop on them from the house I keep a pillow stuffed in the window on cold days then pull it out when an opportunity arrives. I’ve been busted many times pushing the window up or down. Nice shot.
