Squirrel Down

The winter is amongst us and for some, including myself has settled in for the winter and left to recap this summers dispatching of ground squirrels around a local school where the squirrels caused havoc by chewing through their modulars and creating huge dirt mounds all over their baseball and track field. I've watched as the maintenance person on a riding lawn mower run into a new mound. He jumped off yelling and kicking at the ground screaming...evil blah blah blah. I had to walked over to him to try calm him down because there were kids near by, and asked, "That speed bump scared the shiznit outta ya didn't it?" He replied, "Hail ya it did!"

I opted not for a head shot because it was less blood I had to deal with when I pick them up.

I apologize in advance for those I may have offended, but these squirrels are plague carriers and I was given permission to remove them from their property. Someone mentioned "break dance" and was inclined to make this video to show the similarity in their reaction. This was one of my long shots with an Mrod22 and within 30 seconds, expired. The squirrel above later met the same fate but the energy at 115yds was much less with an 18gr JSB and was able to crawl back in its hole.
