Squirrel Crack by the bucket full!

Every year my Oak produces a very healthy crop of small irresistible acorns that I collect and place strategically in the backyard. 10 galons worth of nuts, come and “get it” squirrels!!

I do the same thing with American Black Walnuts. Then I use the squirrels for coyote bait. Keeps me more than entertained all Winter.

Just saw the sly Wabbit that has been wearing out my Fig, munching on the nuts, but he bolted as soon as I lamped it.

Wow easy pickings. I stop on the back roads and pick up hickory nuts and acorns. Got lots of walnuts here at home. I keep the feeders up north stocked over the winter.
