I am looking to get an air rifle for pest control up to the size of foxes or coyotes. I like the idea of a pcp but I don’t have it in the budget to get a big tank or a compressor so I would have to a hand pump. I would need the gun ready for when I needed it, can you leave a pcp charged for an extended period time or would it damage it?

PCP reservoirs, the bottles or tubes on them should always be pressurized 
. Plus most PCP's are multi shot. "If" you can afford it, a .25 cal PCP would be your best bet especially for coyote sized varmints for ethical shots.

Welcome to the best A G N . NO damage for leaving it charged . I have several PCP and leave them charged all the time , I just shot an AA S510 a feww shots a few weeks ago , it has been charged over a year or more . Fox are rather fragile a .22 will work just fine . Yotes are another story , you "can " use a .22 but it probably would not produce an ethical kill unless your an expert shot and really knew Yote anatomy.
Where are you that you have Yotes ? Also look up your local and state Laws about Air guns B4 you buy . (not a bad idea to read the Forum rules here too )

The smaller the reservoir the easier it is to pump to the max pressure of your gun but... sacrifices shot count. shouldn't be an issue if you only need a few shots a night or session/hunt. This is one of my favorite hunter guns. Max pressure is 225bar, can shoot down to 100bar and I get a full 48 shots on regulator with enough power to kill humanely out to 50 yards. Consistent dime size groups are typical with this gun. It is a .22 caliber using 18gr. pellets but it has the adjustability to shoot slugs if that's your thing. I would probably get it in .25 if my intention was to take coyote and use the 33.95gr pellets. Shot count would be less with heavier projectiles but I have no doubt of the outcome. DRT. I’ve said this before and many disagree but I wouldn’t use an airgun for either of those two at all. Assuming you are located remotely I would go with a powder burner, 270, 30/30 or my personal favorite, .308. If you’re on a budget then a bolt action can be scoped and ready at all times for $500-700 very easily.

I am no super star but I consider myself in fairly decent shape and capable of a full day of hard work but there is no way I am going to rely on hand pumping a pcp, in an emergency ok but as a main source of air its out of the question.

I have center fire rifles in 7 different calibers as well as a 22lr 22mag and 17hmr and I live out in the country. I was looking at an air rifle for if they were up close to the house I wanted something that wouldn’t extremely loud and rattle the windows

If you live in the country use our 17hmr or .22 Mag, they wont exactly rattle the windows and are better suited for what your wanting to do. Plus youll save a bunch of cash in the long run. Ive shot coyotes out my side door with a 22-250 now that will rattle your windows.

A .25 or really a .30 will /can rattle windows in a power tune that would take out a Yote
Maybe an option would be a $200 Permit for a mod on the end of one of your PB's ?

Your over thinking this. A .22mag inside of 100yds will work fine. A .223 will not rattle the house as long as the muzzle exits the window by a few inches.
If your looking for s fun sport, get yourself a TX200 or Hw97 a tin of JSB 8.44s, good to go. No vompressor, no bottles, no hoses, just fun.

22lr standard or subsonic loads will be highly effective up close and personal with minimal noise.

When i am at the range and the guy next to me is shooting a .223 My whole chest feels the shock ! IF i pull the trigger the same time as he my POI is way off . I always pack up and leave . Yes i own and shoot PB guns
