Springer question

Springs eventually break if you shoot a springer a lot. That is main reason to replace them. The same goes for seals. They eventually wear out. Replacing parts of a springer to get a smoother shot cycle contributes to better accuracy and enjoyment.

For someone pretty new to springers, PtoSport and TX200, this was enlightening.

I watched a lot of Vermin Hunters TV on YouTube before I bought my first springer and the tuned rifles they shoot look like they would be very enjoyable to shoot all day long. That being said I have not tuned any of mine yet but I will someday for sure. I have a new HW50 .22 and a 2 year old HW97 .177 they both shoot great but less recoil and noise would definitely put a smile on my face.
