Spring will be here soon.

Let's see the co2 rifles.

Spring will be here. It's time to start thinking about shooting your co2 rifles. The temperatures will soon be optimal. I like my co2 guns for shooting with my spring-piston guns. It's a good mix and a break from cocking. Will also throw in a pumper on occasion.
Nope no PCP in this house Another story for another day.

Im hoping to add a Crosman Model 99.

Heck here in E.Texas we have already had 80 degree weather, almost 8pm and it's still 74 outside. Two years ago the third week of Feb we were -6 with snow and ice . We will be cold one day, then warm the next. I wish it would turn cold and stay that way in winter, Growing up in N Louisiana 60-70 years ago it stayed much colder much longer, at least you could get used to it. I was actually out mowing grass in the area where I shoot, it was getting too tall and patchy to walk through easily.

You don’t see these often. Mostly see them listed on eBay. Folks pay crazy money for them.
I pinned the valve body. Made a sleeve to allow bulk fill. Trimmed the sear to remove the excessive creep.
622’s are a challenge to reassemble so I made an assembly pin that holds things in place during assembly. Works very well.
Nice shooting little gun but always feels to me like it’s not gonna last. Feels fragile and I am not ham fisted.
Fun to shoot though like a pump .22rf. The long tube holds a lot of co2 but I don’t know how many shots. Never chrono’d it.
