That's if it were all just this ONE item. This is for the vendor, not just a 62% chance on this item. If they did actually sell 1000 things and got 100% rating on those then your odds drop drastically. 1000 - 5 stars rating, then add 1000 1 star ratings and you are at 60%. Even if you get duped the lowest you can leave is 1 star

The scope is listed under - Home Improvement/Electrical/Dimmers, Switches, and Wall Plates/All Dimmers, Switches & Wall Plates... If you look at the Add-on-services you have the option of choosing, None or Switch/Outlet Replacement - $65.00 Hmm .....

Also, it cant be found when searching for Bushnell under any category.

I think it's a mistake that's why it's priced that cheap. They don't realize what they got since they have no current price for any reference and perhaps used an entry level Bushnell Sentry spotting scope to price this one at.

Perhaps they searched EBay for Bausch and Lomb like THIS ONE?

My guess is their outside main body housing may be dried out or sticky due to the age of the housing coating.

I grabbed one last night and yes I saw the 62% rating. They seemed to be all 5 star or 1 star which generally means you either get it or not. Most people never even look at the "other vendors" when they place Amazon orders but 62% is not infrequent at all. Amazon like Walmart's vendor point system is massively lower than Ebay. I think most of it has to do with the overwhelming amount of people posting feedback are negative. Half the people don't even look and think Walmart is delivering it. This is a calculated risk which I feel is worth the hassle. Big Brother Walmart has my back. I printed out everything.

I always check Amazon vendors. NEVER bought from any under 90%

I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to actually pay extra for the switch out? It cost more than the item itself.

If it's misrepresented there's Wal-Mart and Credit card refund as the recourse.
