I just got my first set of Sportsmatch rings (T02C) and have a question. The unmarked hex wrench they supplied fits the ring screws nice and tight. However, as I want to torque them properly, the best fit in the bits supplied in my Wheeler Fat Wrench set is marked 7/64. This one fits so loose I’m afraid I’ll strip the screw. I then went to my Chapman driver set and the best fit was a bit labeled 7. This one also fit fairly loose. Crazy question but does anyone know if the Sportsmatch screws are metric or US. As this is a new set I’m sure that the screws have not been stripped but I can’t find a bit that fits like the supplied Sportsmatch wrench. I can always just use that one but I’d like to torque them properly. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

The bits included in the FAT Wrench kit are very basic. You can buy a pretty full bit set on Amazon for like $20

England or not, even most US made products use metric sized hardware these days. Ford, Chevy, Dodge, almost all metric bolt sizes. Its a better system.

Understood - I found a 3mm bit in an old set I had that fits the screw perfectly. It even fits into the Fat Wrench nice and snug. I think I’m all set. Thanks
