My RAW HM1000X developed an air leak at the breach. I talked with Ken and and tried the adjustments that he felt would correct the leak. If that did not work to ship it back to him. So Tuesday, Sept 10th I shipped it to Ken, on Monday Sept 16th I received my gun in new shooting condition. This man is why I have bought two raws from him. I know in the future when my guns are no longer new that he will be there for me. Thank you Ken. My next rifle will be from you also. Barry
