Good Morning folks,

I sent an Impact off to Ken at spaw a few weeks ago and have left a few voicemails and 2-3 emails, I haven't heard anything back from him. I communicated with him before sending the Impact to ensure I sent what he needed for a tune. Is this normal? Anyone spoke to him? I'm not trying to paint him in any kind of bad light, I just don't want to send off my $2000 gun and hope that it'll eventually get sent back to me. Any info is better than no info.

Ken will get you taken care of, I do believe he is in Europe doing air gun stuff. He will get it done and you will be happy with the results...
