Sorry, more dreamline questions, i have it now and have been shooting.

Alrighty.... Question 1: Yes, or fairly close to 125bar. Depending on the age of your rifle, after so many shots (about a tin or two, maybe less maybe more) everything is going to settle in (reg, springs, valve, etc) so you may see a slight 5-10ish bar drop but it’s fairly easy to adjust. 

Question 2: The hammer spring adjustment is essentially adjusting the tension of the spring in turn controlling what force and speed the hammer opens the valve. So in theory lighter tension less air, more tension more air.

What I would suggest, if you don’t have one already, is invest in a chronograph. You have a rifle that even with a quarter turn of an adjustment will change the trajectory of your pellet. As well your rifle will most likely prefer one pellet over another.
