Hey Everyone!

We have some great things planned. We are doing this GP WFTF style with 25 lanes, and one shot per target. This is your chance to check out what the Worlds venue will be all about. There is no better way to practice than shooting the actual course. Of course, this is open to all the AAFTA classes since this an AAFTA GP.

What better way to get a unique perspective for the Worlds than to shoot the same course? Some of you have asked... what is a WFTF-style course. Well, it will be 25 lanes each day. Two targets per lane, BUT only ONE shot for each target! That means more ranging and the peace of mind that whatever you do for that one shot, it's a fresh, clean slate for the next one. It means more unique shots per day. We plan to have the same signage, scorecards, and hopefully even targets that you will see at Worlds.
The unique targets are being imported from the same target manufacturer out of South Africa that constructed the successful targets for 2023 Worlds, but with characters, you will find in the Desert Southwest and Americana. (We are hoping they arrive in time!)
The "WFTF Style" doesn't mean that you won't be able to participate if you shoot Hunter or Open. It just means it's another course format that's a little different than you're used to, and you may actually find ya like it better! So YES, Hunter and Open classes ARE welcome. It provides a little insight into how the international standards of competitors worldwide compete.
And the best part... this IS AAFTA approved, and it IS a Grand Prix. So you hit two birds with one pellet... Insight into Worlds AND GP points.
