A 150 fpe 35 caliber would put the hurt to a coyote. Probably shoot right through it on a body shot. With a big enough hole it would bleed out quickly.

Wow, that is quite an improvement from stock. hope to read about your experiences with the new plenum and valve. i am a bit scared of installing the plenum myself, tbh. after it took forever to manage to seal the bottle adapter, i am not eager to introduce more possible weak points in the sealing department.

Since the regulator of my VULCAN3HP has a broken o-ring, that i needed to order first, i have been putting the scope on the M60B .357 cal and shoot a bit throught the chronograph. i have increased all possible port sizes and also have @Paul D's 'power valve' installed and the max. power i got so far was 150joules / 110foot pounds. i tried with reg settings from 140-170bar and various hammer spring tensions. (with the new valve the HS actually lets you adjust the power, in a wider range, than with the original valve).
here's some numbers, i think the 819.3 fps wasa double feed.
i've been shooting snowpeak 80.87gr pellets. besides a .22 K1 tuned for pellets, this is my most accurate rifle, but with the VULCAN3HP, i only have been shooting self-cast unsized slugs yet.
