Somebody has to be shooting Skout. we've heard no reports from the users, good or bad, leaks no leaks. Hit's no hits, ergonomics no ergonomics. somebody has to be shooting these things. who's hiding what?

SKOUT Epoch - First shots right out of the box!
We messed around with the SKOUT Airguns Epoch directly out of the box and made some content since so many people were harassing me to do so! 😜 Shooting FX Airguns 44.8gr pellets at 50 and 100 yards in heavy winds using an Element Optics Titan 5-25x56 FFP Scope

Shot string with JSB 44.5 gr. Diablo pellets 30 cal
HP Reg at 1500 psi Low Pressure at 150 psi
895, 895, 898, 898, 895, 895, 905, 905, 905, 905 fps.
It has a Bark that I must address and it being so different from all the others I have. I am going to take a few months (the entire summer and fall) and enjoy it and see what it is really like before saying to much to soon. I have all the support I may need if something isn't right at HPP. Thanks again Tom and Moose

I started shooting mine yesterday, just to check it out. Coming from my Crown and Prophet in .22, this is a very different (and loud) experience. It gonna be a minute before I can get set up properly, and comfortable behind this thing. Waiting on heavy glass for this behemoth …

The first thing you need to do with a 2999$ gun is to buy a moderator which is kinda eee... It does have one but it cannot tame the .30 cal blast.

I’m most curious about the magazine cycling at the shoulder where stuff can interfere? Thoughts?

It is very much like the Impact, as far as magazine location goes. It doesn’t seem to interfere with anything and is completely enclosed. The big thumb wheel is for LOP adjustment.

Yep, those are paintball gauges, clearly low grade compared to the WIKA and HUMA offerings.

When I shot Tom’s gun I didn’t think it was that loud at all?, It has a very different report but not bad by any means. Maybe I’m just used shooting non moderated guns?

Magazine: Very nice well made and its one of my favorites. (Spring must be wound up first two revolutions before loading pellets). Just slides into its spot with zero interference held in with magnets. Very well done.
