Pretty happy with how the HPX is going. 😀

I’d be on cloud 9 to have just a single 250 card let alone 4. You sure know how to amp up my anticipation.
I was thinking the same thing Tim.

I was trying to think of how many practice N50 cards I have shot in the last 18-24 months ( I think between 150-200 approximately) and only managed “ONE” 250 card with my Anschutz 1907 .22 rimfire with tuner. And this was with the help of a Randolph front mechanical rest and good rear bag. 😀

Mike’s (CC) Boss .25 is going to play this year, and I’m going to eventually convert it to a .30 cal. Shooting 44 and 50 grain pellets. Have had several in the low to mid 240 range with the RAW and Safari, but no “250’s” with air rifles.

No complaints, will keep working at it in 2023.

I would be happy just to get into the 240’s!
One time, and one time only, I shot a 247.
It was 50 yards outdoors at Wyandot approx 2 years ago, maybe 3 years. We shot in the valley at the bottom of the hill, and it was dead calm air.

Sticking around the high 220s to low 230s now though due to lousy wind reading skills and tripping the sear instead of waiting....... so yeah, I am with you on the 240 dream!

Thanks….You guys should attend the N50 nationals next year. I guarantee you’ll have a great time.

Here’s some pics of the pellets I shot. I got them from Pyramyd about a month ago. They are the deep cavity that allegedly are terrible. I shot them directly from the tin. There is nothing wrong with them.

I would love to attend, but way two far from NC. I’m 1000 percent certain we all would have a blast, and that’s never an issue. I live vicariously thru the attendees, and I’m ok with the virtual informal challenges and competition on AGN. I do acknowledge there is nothing like f2f attendance.

Besides, the “Admiral” would not be crazy about me going and having too good of a time with all of you enablers.
😀😀😀

There are also very nice cabins available on site. I think they are 150-200 per night. Check out their website. There are also hotels in Raton.

Mark….ya, that shot on bull 25 was actually my first shot on that card. Even though it was still a 10, it annoyed me….and after I finished the card I re shot it. I didn’t score the reshot bull though. 😀
