For Sale, leaking FX Bobcat MK2 in .22 Cal. I purchased this gun new from Precision Airguns and Supplies a little over 3 years ago. While the gun was still within the 1 year warranty, air began leaking out of the barrel, at which point I took the gun to AOA for a warranty repair.
Full disclosure: This is the same gun discussed on this forum which AOA claimed had been dry fired and damaged through user error and I was charged for the repair. I will once again state the gun has never been dry fired or damaged by me in any way. I reluctantly paid for the repair and after putting 3-4 magazines through the gun, it began leaking air out the barrel just as it had before it was taken to AOA. Because I wanted nothing further to do with AOA, because of the above experience, and at the time they were the only service center in the USA for FX guns, the Bobcat was placed in a gun case and there is where it has been ever since. I have not taken the gun apart or sent it out to the new FX USA service center.
When the gun was working it was a very accurate gun and the current cosmetic condition of the gun is like new. So here is someone's chance to own a very nice gun for less than half of what they sell for new. If you are handy you may be able to fix the gun yourself for next to nothing. Or you can send it off to the FX USA service center and have it repaired. You will still be way ahead as far as having a nice gun at a good price.
The gun comes with the FX manual, fill probe, single shot tray and one magazine. This gun has never been outside my home, accept when it was in AOA's possession, as I only shoot from my living room out the back door, into my back yard. I'm only selling it because I have too many guns and don't have time to get this one fixed.
Asking $775.00 shipped in Continental USA, or $725.00 doing face to face deal if you live in, or are willing to travel to the Phoenix, AZ area. Will accept Paypal, Friends and Family, or normal Paypal with buyer to pay 3% fee.
