Have you done any tinkering to the gun? Adjustments, tuning, etc....? Have you taken the gun apart in any way?

No tinkering, factory setup. Just regular maintenance. Only added rail for a bipod.

No sorry no hard case included, just the original box it came in. I did think about getting the hard case though.
