So many great guns, which 25 should I choose? Niksan or Taipan veteran?

I am wanting a new rifle even though nothing is wrong with my Hatsan 44 in 22 cal. It is a rabbit killing machine out at my desert compound.
My new rifle will be a 25 cal and I am trying to decide between the Nicksan Ozark,and the Taipan Veteran II. Both look amazing for my use. I have 42 acres so neighbors aren't an issue.
Most of my shots are no more than a 100 yards maybe a little more. Any opinions would be welcome, thanks

Taipan over Niksan for sure. Taipan is a proven CZ barrel and overall system. Niksan is not.

I also love my Hatsan 44 in .177 so I got one in .25, too.
I've been out of the buying game for a while, so I never heard of Taipan, but it sounds like that's the vote.

The CZ barrel is a huge selling point to me as I have a CZ 457 22 lr in the At-one stock and it is very very accurate

I don't know nikson, but Taipan is amongst best for the buck.

Taipan hands down. If I’m not mistaken, the .25 has a Lothar Walther barrel and the .22 is CZ.

FYI, not all vets have cz barrels. My 25 standard is a lothar walther.

the cz on the side of the action doesn't refer to the barrel. Its to show that the vet is now built in the Czech Republic.

The Taipan compact and Standard are my favorite airguns. Everything you need and nothing you don't.

The Veteran Standard 2 is listed as having a CZ barrel with no choke . It has a 1-17.7 twist rate.
