Had a great time today @ one of the properties I'm privileged to hunt at. Mike (Centercut) & Tony (Pesty3782) were able to be there & made it WAY more fun than hunting alone. Thanks guys! 1st kill of the day Tony nailed a ground squirrel atop a fence post @ 118 yards. Great shot. At one point we "triple tapped" another one on a boulder @ 92 yards. Tried it again @ 118 but we ALL missed. Yeah, even Centercut misses LOL. All in all a fun time. Can't wait for the little buggers to come out in force. Final tally was something like 5 squirrels, 3 rabbits, 2 doves. If I'm wrong one of the other guys can correct me. Not a big tally but great camaraderie!

Let’s see, I had my .22 Cricket mini Carbine, Tony had a .25 Vulcan Tactic, and Gerry had his .30 FX Boss. Good fun!

Don’t let Mike fool you..He was laying down on the job most of the day on that “Shooting-mat”. We had a squirrel out at 146 yards right off Mike’s shoulder in the clearing, but by the time we ranged it, dialed in the dope, it was gone....
