Some of you are aware that I won a FX Wildcat MKII Compact. After much gnawing and pondering I traded it to another member here for a RAW HM1000X in 25. USPS says it will arrive today! I have devoured everything I can find on these guns. I am going to send Leah the serial number (when I have it) and see if she can run down what options were included in the build. I AM STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!

Great for you! I am anxious to learn of your impressions as I have a new RAW .25 caliber 60 ft lb HM1000X ordered through Ken Hicks at Southern Precision Air Weapons. Ordered it November 26th and they indicated my wait will be 20 weeks.

i bought it as much because of Ken’s reputation as I did for the reputation of the RAW. I really struggled between the RAW, Red Wolf, and FX Impact.

Got to shoot a tin through it today. WOW! Zero'd at 40 yards. One hole. 100yard 2" spinner 11-12 times 5 times. I could just not get 100% LOL. I am really amazed by the accuracy at 100 yards with the 25.39's. My Crown will do that all day but with the 33.95's. Trigger is awesome, easy to fill. Very nice really happy. I am going to call Martin and see how I can get it to shoot the 33.95 at 880+

I talked to Martin this morning. I am going to send this to him to go through stem to stern. Add a CF tank, New valve, and what ever else needed to get it close or up to 60fpe with the 34gn JSB KH's. I was quite amazed at the accuracy with the 25.39 gn ammo at 100 yards and may stick with those as Martin seemed concerned at the higher velocity I was wanting out of the 34's (900+) It may require the polygon barrel. I am not apposed to putting some $$$ into it I got it for a song (thanks to winning that Wildcat Compact) and don't intend on ever selling it. I am feeling pretty grateful, I have this now and my Crown. I am done buying guns! LOL
