Snowpeak Snowpeak M60B regulator

Hey all, I have a question about the regulator on my M60B. When I fill the tank the reg is maxed out just under the red zone. As I go through mags the reg pressure and accordingly velocities steadily drop. I have the big cf bottle on it so I'm not just rapidly draining the much smaller tube.

I haven't done internal work on it, swapped down a caliber and that's about it. I did have an external plenum on it but removed it to eliminate that variable as part of the problem. Any ideas why the regulator isn't regulating? For the record I'm not entirely sure where the reg is on this rifle but I do know how it's supposed to work and know that it isn't.

Any guidance here would be appreciated, thanks all.

Is the symptom that the plenum pressure is climbing to the same pressure as the bottle?

If so, the O-ring on the regulator's adjustment screw needs replacing. The Snowpeak regulator probably looks different than this example, but the adjuster is the brass piece on the bottom right.

Not the same pressure but they do seem to move in concert with each other. I think it's worth a shot though. I've not messed with the reg as I haven't yet found a proper sized tool to loosen the external nut for adjustments. But I'll pursue that and see if it makes a difference.
