Smooth twist x inner diameter

I would push a pellet through the liner and then measure it. Each liner could be a little different.

One more point. Every barrel is different.......slightly. So if you really want to know the inside diameter, you need to use a set of pin gauges. Most machine shops will have a set. When doing this you need use the pins like go/no go gauges and you need to measure both ends of the barrel because most are choked. As these barrels are forged, you can use the depth difference between the lands and grooves on the OD and assume the reciprocal.
