I’m looking for a smaller tank I can fit in my pack to take with me when woods walking. I’m always confused when looking at tank sizes. Is a 3L too big? What is everyone else using for their setup?

yeah 3l is an ok compact vehicle bottle to keep with you but too much to lug around walking ... what id do is get a 4500psi rated 500cc aluminum bottle off ebay for 40 bucks and find a valve for it that will work with whatever fill aparatus you already got and bammo .. your all set for 100$ or so ....

Depends on how much air you need. I have a 100 cu in bottle and IMO it's a bit large to carry.

Depending on what kind of airgun you have, extra carbon fiber bottles(or in this case, 170cc aluminum tubes) with valves are small and easy to carry. Just unscrew the empty one and screw on a full one:

That would be ideal IF sub12 comes out with his fx bottle adapter for the Leshiy2. I already have fx bottles, and that would be ideal, but I haven’t seen him post them for sale. Or even know if he plans too. So this is my next options!

I purchased a 4500 psi 1 liter buddy bottle from Best Fittings UK. Very nice unit with both a Foster fitting and gauge. Cost was pretty good, better than expected. Nicely responsive to emails also. I told them what I needed. They quoted me a price and sent an invoice. Paid via PayPal. Good folks.

Weekender. Yep, that's it John. A well made 4500 psi bottle and when you include the gauge and fittings it's about as good a price as I have been able to find. I bought mine a couple of years ago but I believe the price is similar.
