Slugs issues with MK2 mags

Anyone having this same issue? This is happening after every few shots I make, it’s happening to 47g 50g 55g NSA .30 slugs.

Are you sure you're not putting. 25 cal into a .30 mag? Theres no way the pellet or slugs can turn sideways like that useless it's really under sizes.

I’m having the same issue with the .177 cal mags . To fix it I put one layer of electrical tape on the inside of the housing and it seems to be better. This is definitely a problem FX needs to address. I can use the mag now but I really shouldn’t have to mess with a 90$ magazine for it to work.

Use a single shot loader.

I've had that problem with some pellet shapes and lengths in the factory mags, but haven't had time to shoot much with the new MK2 mags. Sadly, I think some pellet shapes are always going to be a problem in rotating mag designs.

Im pretty sure they are .30 cal, that’s what they say on the NSA box and plastic baggie that came with the slugs

might want to measure the dia, of that slug with a caliper

I just got a email from Nick of NSA slugs he said that the slugs are made to fit the barrel not the mags, since there is no skirt on slugs like on pellets they will be loose like that in the mags.

Our slugs are .300 diameter. I have not seen the FX 30 cal barrels yet but they should also be .300 diameter (internal). If we were to make the slugs the diameter of magazines you would not be able to load them in the barrel because they would be too tight. Since FX has not released the 30 cal barrels yet I have no data on them but our slugs are sized for typical airgun barrels.

For fitting into magazines, that is not a slug issue if the slug is the right size for the barrel. That is an issue with the magazine made for pellets only and not for slugs. This has only been a problem on the 30 FX gun that I know about. The 22 and 25 cal do not have this problem being reported.

Thats what I was speaking about "fake" not guys like us.

I guess that the .30 caliber will be an experimental task until it improves and the kinks are worked out as nielsensammo mentioned.
