Slugs compatible with Hatsan Bullboss

I just tried some slugs for the first time, in my .22 cal Hatsan Bullboss...HN .217 23 Gr accuracy was disappointing, even at 40 yards...Just looking for some recommendation, advice from anyone

who has had any luck on a particular - brand / diameter/ weight slug combination, that the Bullboss likes

Do you know has fast they're going. You may need to dial the hammer spring up to get it shooting faster to shoot slugs. They do well out of a Nova Star. I have some ordered to try in a Flashpup. It should shoot the 23gr in the high 800s with it's current tune. Be here tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens with them.
