I have myself worked a little in thick leather when i was younger and could use the smoking paraphernalia i usually made, okay a few sheets and holsters too.
These days i am more inclined to want to try Kydex for something, no longer smoke anything so nothing down that alley.

Kydex is very useful for so many projects. I like is as a formable material for making lots of things from a splint for my dogs leg to a patch for my snowblower chuts. My last use was a panel to mount my guages for my cs4i

Kydex is a plastic type material commonly used for knife and gun sheaths. It is versatile and easy to work with. Usually sold in sheets and it is heat moldable
