I was going to sell my one .25 PCP. But it's sending 46 grain RBT slugs at 940fps and precision is there. Seeing the clay, I think I should keep it.

Now all you got to do is find a critter with flesh the density of clay to get that kind of expansion. The point is clay does not give a true test of expansion. Bill

Never said this was a comparison of clay to muscle tissue.
What clay can be used for is to compare a slug to a pellet or solid core to hollow point. In that respect it can show expansion differences between different ammo in a relative way.
