Does anyone know how far the adjustable butt stock mechanism extends into the rear of the GRS stock on the FX Kings? I want to put a QC stud for a sling in the bottom of the stock. I don't want to drill into the adjustable mechanism. I've asked GRS twice but still haven't gotten an answer to my question. There website shows putting the stud on the left side of the stock. I want to put mine in the middle of the stock at the rear. Thanks.
