Did tom die. Ever since I bought a slayer ,it has been a pain in my rear. It took tom 6-7 months to fix it, 6 months later back it went, 8months this time. Lasted about 10 months broken again ,all same issue. I have tried to get tom by email, phone, carrier pigeon, etc no answer. So now I have a very expensive pc of kit that is useless and I can't find anyone willing to work on it. I have fixed even my daystate but tom has no vids no help. anyone know what the heck happened. Travis did the same thing on the flex but it was at least a simple fix. Does not the sellers of said Items feel the need to service the items. At least by public shaming. Anyone have a vid on how to take apart this thing as it has a lot of small parts I don't find on others. Did anyone take over his operation.
