I've designed a bag rider and adjustable bag rider for SKOUT Epoch utilising 4 screws under the rear stock
Not overly complicated designs but functional and sturdy

Only caveat is that adjustable version uses M10 lead screw which is readily available here in Europe
I could probably modify the design to use some standard imperial thread but I couldn't test that design because where I live, anything imperial is really hard to buy
