First post, but I did some searches and watched some videos, but I haven't seen the exact issue I've been having. I have a few other guns that work great and I'm pretty comfortable working on them.
My SK19 drained a tank, and I found the top o-ring under the loading gate was leaking. Replaced it, filled the tank, and it was holding air. Noticed it was not cycling as fast as usual in semi - it was like airflow was choked, resulting in a delayed reset/charge. With a little bit of adjustment on one of those screws under the loading gate, (don't remember if it was top or bottom), I heard it obviously reset, and the rifle charged. Seemed to be working fine.
Came back to the rifle a few days later, took one shot, but the rifle didn't reset/index. Waited a little while, moved the mode lever from semi to safe to auto, and I would occasionally get another shot - but the cycle/reset wasn't very obvious compared to the last issue.
I've marked and tried to index the top screw with the air passage a full 360*, and adjusted the bottom screw, but neither seem to make a difference.
The cylinder rotates freely, barrel tension seems good, regulated pressure appears to be unchanged at 145, and tank is full. It seems like some kind of airflow issue - any suggestions?
