SK-19 grip options (for early version sk-19 without AR grip mount)

For a while I thought the sk-19 grip was unique to the gun with no other options to upgrade the grip. After many hours on google I found that the SK grip is an air soft grip. An aeg motor grip to be more specific. I’m about 95% sure of this so don’t go buying one yet until I get mine to confirm.

Unfortunately those won’t work bio. In the description it says it’s for GBB(Gas BlowBack) rifles. The ones you want say they are for “aeg motor grip”

I knew that and that is what I was trying to order don't know how I managed to do that again but it is definitely not the first or last time I get confused and order the wrong part.

On the initial platforms that came out around 2019, LCS used a design on their trigger block that was not AR compatible grip friendly. One had to order an adapter from K&L that mounted on the trigger block if one wanted to use say, an ergo style grip.

I believe it was in mid 2020 that the trigger block design changed on incoming platforms, where any AR style grip could easily bolt on. At that point K&L stopped production on that adapter.

A few other changes were made, but that’s off topic on the grips.

I contacted K&L and asked if they do a limited run on their AR Grip Adapters, this was early December last year. They said they would, but as of last week they still haven't gotten to it. Go on their website and send an e-mail or chat mess, maybe if enough of us ask for them, they will do another run of them.
